1) Budget & forecast models that are customized to our clients general ledger account, cost, and project structures and produces data that looks like a accounting system general ledger.

2) Monthly financial reporting driven by a Data Warehouse that connects to data sources from client accounting systems and budget and forecast models and transforms the data into trend and variance data analysis cubes.  These data analysis cubes form a Power BI platform to develop financial reporting applications that we can deploy to our clients Office 365 or to JEDForecasts Office 365 and provide clients access.  Our Data Warehouse also prepares Fathom import templates to take advantage of Fathom's reporting of financial metrics & ratios, cash flow, and balance sheet variances and trends.

3) Pricing analysis models that integrates with Economic Research Institute (ERI) Salary Survey data, facilitates a mapping of RFP labor categories to ERI jobs, adjusts for percentile and location, and calculates the indirect cost build up and fully burdened labor category rates inclusive of fee based on client indirect rate structures and percentages.
